This Cookie Policy explains how Loomreach Limited (“we”, “us”, “our”), trading as Mavinty, uses cookies and similar technologies on our website mavinty.com and our application at app.mavinty.com (together, the “Service”).
For broader information about how we handle your data, please read our Privacy Policy.
1. What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files stored on your device (computer, phone, tablet) when you visit a website. They allow the website to recognise your device on subsequent visits, remember your preferences, and operate features that need to persist across page loads.
We also use similar technologies that work like cookies — including local storage, session storage, and small JavaScript files served by our own domain. For simplicity, we refer to all of these as “cookies” in this policy.
2. Our approach to cookies
We try to be minimal. We use only what we need to run the Service, and we ask for your explicit consent before loading anything optional.
2.1 What we do not use
- Facebook Pixel or other social-network tracking
- Cross-site behavioural advertising networks
- Third-party heatmap, session-replay, or product-analytics tools (Hotjar, FullStory, Mixpanel, Amplitude, etc.)
- Social media share buttons that load tracking code
2.2 What we load only with your consent
The following are blocked by default and only load if you opt in via our cookie banner:
- Google Analytics 4 (GA4) — measurement ID
G-1C2GRG611Y. Helps us understand which pages and features users find valuable. - Google Ads conversion tracking — conversion ID
AW-18119565714. Measures whether ad campaigns bring people to the site.
Both are served via the gtag.js tag manager from googletagmanager.com. Neither tag is downloaded or executed until you accept the relevant category in the cookie banner. You can change your preferences at any time using the “Cookie preferences” link in the footer of any page.
2.3 If we add anything else
If we add new non-essential cookies in future (for example, a heat-map tool to debug a UX issue), we will:
- Update this Cookie Policy
- Add a new toggle in the cookie banner asking for your consent before any non-essential cookies are set
- Make rejection as easy as acceptance
3. Cookies we use
3.1 Strictly necessary cookies
These are required for the Service to work. We do not need your consent to set these because they are essential for the website and app to function. Without them, parts of the Service will not work.

|---|---|---|
mavinty_session |
Keeps you logged in to your Account (after launch) | Session, or up to 30 days if “remember me” is enabled |
mavinty_csrf |
Protects against cross-site request forgery attacks | Session |
cookie_consent |
Remembers your cookie preferences | 12 months |
3.2 Functional cookies
These remember your preferences and improve your experience. They are not strictly necessary, but they make the Service more usable. Where required by law, we ask for your consent before setting these.
| Cookie name | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|
mavinty_lang |
Remembers your language preference (EN, RU, UK, ES, DE) | 12 months |
mavinty_theme |
Remembers your display preferences (if applicable) | 12 months |
3.3 Analytics cookies (only with your consent)
The following are blocked by default and only load if you opt in to Analytics in the cookie banner:
| Cookie | Set by | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|
_ga |
Google Analytics 4 | Distinguishes returning users (anonymised) | Up to 2 years |
_ga_* |
Google Analytics 4 | Persists session state per GA4 property | Up to 2 years |
If you reject Analytics (or simply leave the banner with “Accept essential only”), neither cookie is set.
3.4 Marketing cookies (only with your consent)
The following are blocked by default and only load if you opt in to Marketing in the cookie banner:
| Cookie | Set by | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|
_gcl_au |
Google Ads | Stores ad-click information for conversion attribution | 3 months |
NID, IDE, __Secure-* |
Google Ads (third-party, on google.com / doubleclick.net) |
Conversion measurement; set only if Google services are loaded | Up to 2 years |
If you reject Marketing, no Google Ads tags are loaded and no advertising cookies are set on your device by us.
4. Third-party services that may set cookies
Some features of Mavinty rely on third-party services. When you use those features, the third party may set its own cookies, governed by its own privacy and cookie policies. These include:
- Stripe (payment processing) — sets cookies on the Stripe-hosted checkout page when you make a payment. See Stripe’s cookie notice.
- intervals.icu (training data sync) — when you authorise the integration, intervals.icu may set cookies on its own domain. See intervals.icu’s privacy policy.
- Wearable platform integrations (Garmin, Wahoo, Oura, etc.) — if you connect a third-party platform, that platform may set cookies during the authorisation flow.
We do not control these third-party cookies. We only set cookies on our own domains (mavinty.com, app.mavinty.com).
5. How to manage cookies
5.1 In Mavinty
You can manage your cookie preferences at any time by clicking the “Cookie preferences” link in our footer. You can change your choices, or withdraw consent for non-essential cookies, whenever you want.
5.2 In your browser
Most browsers let you view, manage, and delete cookies. Instructions for popular browsers:
You can also use private/incognito browsing modes, which discard cookies when you close the window.
5.3 What happens if you block cookies
If you block all cookies, including strictly necessary ones, parts of Mavinty will not work — for example, you will not be able to log in to your Account. We recommend allowing strictly necessary cookies and using your browser’s preference controls for the rest.
6. Do Not Track signals
Some browsers send a “Do Not Track” (DNT) signal to websites you visit. There is currently no universal standard for how websites should respond to DNT signals.
We respect user choice through our cookie banner: Analytics and Marketing cookies stay blocked unless you actively opt in. Independent of DNT, you can refuse all non-essential cookies with one click. We never track you across other sites or services beyond the consent you give us.
7. Changes to this Cookie Policy
We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Material changes (such as adding new categories of cookies or changing the third-party providers we use) will be reflected in this policy and, where required, communicated through a renewed cookie banner.
